RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization:

Return label included:

  • For Defective Products (Incorrect, damaged, or carrier-defective):

  • For Customer Remorse (Wrong product, doesn’t fit, or no longer wanted):
  • Download/print

Packaging:

  • Securely pack the item, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Clearly display the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping:

  • No cost for return shipping.
  • For security, use a traceable shipping method.

Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receipt, we inspect the item for adherence to return criteria.
  • Refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund:

  • Issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Certain items, e.g., personalized or custom-made, may not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Refunds & Order Cancellation:

If the product is still being processed, you’re eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, DHL OR USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
